The mission of The Rehab Center is to utilize the resources of our interdisciplinary team to assist individuals with disabling conditions to achieve optimal physical, cognitive, and emotional function.
Who We Are
After suffering a work-related injury, some patients have completed conventional medical care, but have not achieved the improvements in function they need to get on with their lives.
Many of these patients have experienced years of pain, medications, impaired sleep, a decline in physical condition, and mental health decline. This change in function results in feelings of hopelessness to return to life and work.
We are uniquely positioned to step in and make a life-changing difference. Widely recognized for our success as an interdisciplinary occupational rehabilitation facility, The Rehab Center combines the skills of experts resulting in highly coordinated care to provide patients with the best possible function and quality of life after suffering from the most complex work-injury cases.
